I'm a true believer that art and music walk hand-in-hand. Both art and music represent freedom of expression giving its own identity. I'm a true believer that art lies within the ines of poetry, chords on a sheet of music and underneath the skin on a tattoo. This picture represents art not only for the chair tattoo in the musicians arm, but also for his music. Art is what speaks to the viewer and this picture reminds me of how this musician spoke through his xylophone sticks.

Music has its own effect on the human brain. Someone's mood can take an 180-degree turn and change that person's day completely in a matter of minutes and even seconds. Music is the international language. Independent of lyrics, music speaks from the latino, to the european, people don't need a language to capture meaning of music or to have it guide one's body and motivation. Through different styles and personal preferences, people find each other through music and discover themselves through what their ears enjoy. Through music, we can all be connected and vibe as one.

grass

As a kid, I loved to play on the grass. Being able to run around and fall on the grass without getting hurt was my favourite activity. That, until I started to throw myself on the ground and then I would notice that even though it was more "fluffy" than actual cement, it was still the ground and it then it hurt. I got scratches, I got itches but it was always worth it because with a quick shower everything would be back to normal and I could go out and play on the grass once again.
